How do the suits fit in terms of size?
Our suits have historically tended to run a bit small. To counteract this, we've optimized our sizing system and now work with dual sizes , which offer more flexibility in the fit. This significantly reduces uncertainty when choosing the right size.
Should you still be undecided between two sizes or be unsure, we will be happy to advise you personally – by phone or email.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are:
- Germany: flat rate of €5.00
- Europe (excluding Switzerland): flat rate of €12.00
- Switzerland: flat rate of EUR 14.00
There are of course no shipping costs if you pick up the item yourself .
Can I pick up my item?
Yes, of course. Self-collection is possible.
If you would like to pick up your order in person, no prior online order is necessary . Please contact us briefly by phone to arrange a pick-up time.

Can I also place my order by phone?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order by phone.
This excludes self-collection , which can be arranged by telephone.
For regular orders, please use our online shop.
Why do delivery times vary?
Our suits are manufactured in our own factory in Germany .
If a model is not in stock, it will be custom-made for you.
Depending on the order volume, this may take a little longer. In return, you will receive a high-quality product from our own production, manufactured with the utmost care.
How does an exchange work?
An exchange (e.g. for a different size or color) is possible as a voluntary service .
Please proceed as follows:
- Please return the item you wish to exchange to us with sufficient postage .
- Please include a short note in the package stating:
- Your order number
- the desired size or color
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will send you the new item free of charge .
Alternatively:
You can also return the item via our returns portal . In this case, we will credit you the purchase price and you can simply reorder the desired item.
How does a return with a refund work?
If you wish to return your order in whole or in part and receive a refund , please use our returns portal .
- Return shipping via the portal is free of charge for you.
- Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 days .
Please include a copy of the invoice or a short note with your order details in the package so that we can clearly assign the return.
Important:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept unpaid (unfranked) shipments sent outside of the returns portal.
Information on selection orders
Please note: Every return incurs costs and ties up stock that is not available to other customers during this time.
In order to offer everyone the widest possible range, we ask that you only place selection orders in exceptional cases .
